I feel like I took one for the team in D.C. (the team being humanity) when I climbed to the top of a cement pillar to get a bird’s eye photo of the march. Unfortunately, I misjudged the height and my jump to the ground resulted in almost a month of knee problems. The good news is that I now have some awesome photos of my knees, including the mysterious staple I received during an ACL repair. Enjoy!
