Roadmap to Infinity

Arrived at Heathrow in England a full 8 hrs after scheduled due to airplane problems. From Heathrow we took a bus to Bath, but arrived too late to visit the attractions on my itinerary for the day… very disappointing!! What else could we do but hit the pub after checking into the hotel!

Had some lovely cask ales, a plate of mussels and a cider pork pie!

We did eventually make it to Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths.

These pillars were created to support a floor above fires, built by the Romans: in-floor heating!

Our first English breakfast

Bath is a cute college town and one day is just enough time to take a look at everything.

And we’re off to the Cotswolds!
